NI Native Access installation not complete
Please to all,
I need your help to install this to have my software in this new laptop. I was installed in my desktop but never updated and have the older native center. When I try to install the first message tell me that I have the program running but afetr searching not find nothing, and tell me to repeted. I repeted and after tell me to closed manualy.
I run promp command and clean and every thing is 100% without any error. I don´t have anti virus and use my security from the laptop and also disconnect the protetion to install.
I dont know how to do it...

Thanks yo all for trybto help specially Milos and D_one! Props and blessings! The problem was resolve but support NI team, they send a native acces file old but detect all my programs!

Hmm...
Try this:
Install Native Access, but from your Downloads folder, since you have the folder for installation of the software, not from the site.
But exit the site first.
Let me know of it helped.

i ma not getting you.. when i go to the site ni downloaded the native access and from my laptop i try to istall and that show me the error messages, that is running and to closed.

the upper images is from the instalation process in portuguese but now i am in ghana maybe becouse of that... i don´t know what to do!!! slhould i desinstall every thing from ni?

I also have the maschine studio mk3 and was problem to install the drives but i get it and now is connected but no native access its means i dont have nothing....it make me already passout! crazy....

Provide minimal info, whats your windows version?
The prompt is telling you it cant close Native Access to continue it's installation and asking you to close it manually, do you? what happens after?

It seems like there might be a conflict or remnants of the previous installation causing the issue. Try uninstalling the program completely, including any leftover files or registry entries.
