Why do I get error "That path is invalid" for folder with .nicnt file? (Acou6tics)

I had to reinstall Native Access and the library Acou6tics by Vir2 Instruments. Now that I try to "Locate" the Acou6tics folder (which contains the Acou6tics.nicnt file), I keep getting the error "That path is invalid". I have no idea what to do. I have no problems with other Vir2 Instruments libraries, even though the folders do not have .nicnt files. (I guess because they are older.)

The support team has provided a workaround for this issue:

    • Download and install Kontakt 5.6.6 (Player). They have provided a download link which I assume I cannot share here.
    • Open Kontakt 5.6.6 (Player) in standalone mode as administrator
    • Go to the Libraries tab
    • Press the "Add Library" button and select the Acou6tics library folder that contains the .nicnt file.
    • If Kontakt 5.6.6 successfully adds the library, open Native Access so that it can activate the library.

Now Acou6tics is shown as installed in Native Access and in Kontakt (Player) 6 and 7.
