Komplete Kontrol M32 works everything except keys on Maschine 2. HELP!!

Hi guys,

I just bought a Komplete Kontrol M32 today and when I install everything and run Maschine 2 It works every knob and buttons except keys.

I just checked on NI Support common troubleshooting but nothing works. Any one have any Idea or it could be broken and I have to return it?

I am quite desperate...

    Checked in Preferences / MIDI / Input that your keyboard is selected as a midi input device?
