Traktor S3 sound issues

I’m having a sound issue, right up till Sunday my controller has worked perfectly. I plugged in and found no sound from the master toggle ( I’ve tried in Traktor and Virtual Pro ) if I bring the headphone cue and volume up then the sound comes through but nothing from the Master. 

any suggestions please

Maybe it has something to do with the audio engine, but just maybe...take a grain of salt.

Experiment with different sound engines like WASAPI, MME etc...

Let me know if anything changed, sir.

What OS are you using?

Can you share some screenshots of your traktor audio settings? Both "Audio Setup" and "Output Routing"

Hi, this is also not working on Virtual pro so it’s not a Traktor setting.
