Can anyone help me get into my native access ?

in Native Access

I keep getting authentification error when trying to log into native access. I've changed my password several times and even tried deleting native access and starting over again.Can anyone help with this ?

    Did you try uninstalling then reinstalling Native Access with NI site?

    You need to be logged in first to do that.

    I've got the same problem, i can't seem to log in Native access, I've tried to uninstall and install again and again, it doesn't seem to work.

    What can I do ?
