Holiday discounts are more expensive than regular prices. It seems to be a temporary error. How can I solve this? It should say 499$, but it says 999$. There seem to be a lot of errors like this in ni. After entering the holiday voucher, I canceled the payment, but they said I could no longer use it since I had already used it. I sent them an email but haven't received a reply yet.

When upgrading to a higher tier, you only pay what's remaining. In this case $999 since Select costs $199 at full price. $199 + $999 = $1,198.
