Why has Komplete 14 Upgrade doubled in price, despite it saying the sale runs until Jan 15th??

Hey, I was interested in the deal to upgrade to Komplete 14 Collectors edition (from 12 Ultimate), and was going to buy on the 4th Jan when I get paid (because of, you know, Christmas), which I thought I could do as it says clearly the sale runs through Jan 15th, but now when I log in the sale upgrade price has now doubled?? Why has this happened? Is it a mistake? If I would have known the sale price was ending before the 15th I would have bought earlier, but it clearly says the 15th Jan plastered over every banner on the website. At the lower price I can buy it....at the higher price, its a very different value proposition. The discount ration is still the same on individual instruments included (Cremona Quartet, for example), but why not the Komplete bundles??

Because the offer for Komplete updates and upgrades ended on December 31. Admittingly, it's quite confusing as there was conflicting information floating around.

It doesn't say it on the page anymore, but the previous Terms & Conditions said:

"These special offers on S-Series keyboards, Komplete updates and upgrades, and products from iZotope are valid from November 15, 2023, to December 13, 2023, at the NI Online Shop and participating retailers, while stocks last. Offers on the iZotope Creative Mix bundle, Plugin Alliance products, and all other Cyber Season offers are valid from November 15, 2023, to January 15, 2024, at the NI Online Shop and participating retailers, while stocks last."

An email, however, stated:

"The special offers on Komplete updates and upgrades are valid from November 15, 2023, to December 31, 2023, at the NI Online Shop and participating retailers, while stocks last. Offers on the S-Series keyboards, iZotope Creative Mix bundle, Plugin Alliance products, and all other Holiday Season offers are valid from November 15, 2023, to January 15, 2024, at the NI Online Shop and participating retailers, while stocks last."

So, it eventually went from December 13 to December 31.

Okay - the upgrade / update prices for Komplete bundles have all doubled in price (this was £269) - i.e no 50% off, but the sale price of 50% off is still applying to the full versions and individual instruments. The banner all over the website clearly states the sale goes to the 15th Jan, and that appears to still be the case for everything other that the upgrade I was planning to buy.

Hmm... maybe it is a glitch.

Try to put the item to the cart and then see if the price is cheaper or same, or even expensive.

So I tried putting in the cart, went through to checkout, and its still £539 instead of £269

Interestingly, there is even an email sent out today offering me the 50% off sale, but in the small print of the email it says it ends on 31st Dec, which makes no sense

Okay, thanks - yes that is confusing and I never noticed either the 15th or 31st Dec date before. Oh well, they really should have made it clearer that the 15th Jan date only applied to certain things. They unfortunately won't be getting my money this year. I'll wait to see what they offer next year....

I'm going through the same issue @neonghostlight and even asked for clarification as to the misleading advertising. And still waiting...

The same with the voucher which advertised as "spend over $100 and get a $50 voucher", but it doesn't apply for just about everything when I try to add it and the fine print declared that. Even though, at first, you could see the $50 being deducted in cart. Afterwhile, I got an error message saying it does not apply.

Next, gift card won't even work on this site for some reason, even though the card is valid and active.

What gives??

Hey @Juice365 I just checked my voucher code, and it doesn't appear to work on anything I put in the basket, despite it saying its valid on any "instruments, effects, bundles & sound packs over £90"

I thought it was only the full version that was on sale? I bought the upgrade on Nov 15 and it was not on sale, I paid $600, and today it's still $600 for the upgrade to collector's from a lower tier.

edit: ignore this post, i was looking at the price now and just realized that it's $600 for the upgrade specifically from ultimate. it's $1200 for the upgrade from any prior tier, which is the upgrade i purchased. so it was half off in that case when i purchased it.
