Kontrol S3 sound issues

I’m having a sound issue, right up till Sunday my controller has worked perfectly. I plugged in and found no sound from the master toggle ( I’ve tried in Traktor and Virtual Pro ) if I bring the headphone cue and volume up then the sound comes through but nothing from the Master.

any suggestions please

go to setting if your connected to the s4 mk2 or 3 audio ther will be buffer size mine is 128-441 all my tracks

select the correct format for your settings then your sound should work

i had this issue with the sound this corrected the issue hope it helps!
