Why cant I add traktor pro 3 to my cart??

Pretty much ruined my newyears parry. There appears to be a glitch on the website. Been attempting to add to cart for a few days now. I've wasted so much time thinking the issue was on my end. Everybody off the the holidays or what. Very annoyed. Very unprofessional.

    Were you logged in to the NI account when you added Traktor?

    Yes I was logged into my account. Tried on multiple laptops Atwell..

    Well, maybe you should wait for someone else to help you or to just raise a ticket.
