Ultimate Sound modules not syncing

Hello, I a few months ago, I purchased the Ultimate Package. However, none of the software syncs with the tempo of the sequencer. I use Digital Performer 11 and have 64 gigs of RAM. As examples, I have attempted to use Action Strings, Session Bassist Prime Bass and Session Guitarist Electric Mint. I don't have this issue with ANY other sound modules/software from other companies, only the ones from the Ultimate Package. Please advise what I need to do go get the sound modules to sync with the tempo of my sequencer. Thanks.

    Which software do you use for all these libraries: Kontakt or Kontrol?
