Native Access downloads appear as successful but are not. Is it because I changed download location?

I changed the download location of a newly purchased upgrade, KOMPLETE 14 ULTIMATE Upgrade from KOMPLETE 12 UPG KSelect DL. My previous location was on my Mac M1 hard drive but I want to change that to an external drive. I tried to download all the products in the "Not Installed" tab but when I was done days later they weren't . I still have 124 items not installed in Native Access. Do I need do re download all of my existing libraries to my external drive?

No you shouldn't need to redownload products you already have. Are the not installed items your previous products that are on the internal drive?

No my previous products are installed. The new installations appeared successful and take some time but they don't appear in Komplete Kontrol and remain in the Not installed tab in Native Access.

In Native Access preferences I changed the location of the new download to my data drive. I also changed the content location, same as data location.

It might be a problem if the download and content locations are the same (not certain tho). Try setting them to different folders and try to install one of the products again.

I'll try that but I need to contact my ISP because my data is near my limit because of these downloads I think.

And in case you didn't know, Native Access gives you the "Locate" option for all your larger instruments. When you hover on install, it will show "Locate" as an option and then you can point NI to the new drive location and not have to download the library content.
