Anyone else having issues downloading Action Strings 2 ?? (Native Access)

literally everything else in my library downloads except for that. Tried all the fixes I could find and nothing works.. Very Frustrating. Download failed is the only thing I get after it starts for 5 seconds.

    Try uninstalling then reinstalling the Native Access only, with NI site.

    You need to be logged in before doing that.

    Thanks for your reply. I tried un-installing and re-installing a few times even older versions as suggested.. Also tried downloading on PC as well as on MAC. the download fails every time. I feel like its a problem with Action Strings 2..

    I've been having the exact same issue, solely with Action Strings 2. I have the Collector's Edition -- everything else downloaded without a problem. I've already submitted a tech support ticket.

    I've had the same problem & here's what I think the problem is. The installation is not creating a library content folder for action strings 2. There is one for action strings (original though). I tried creating one manually but the install requires a .nicnt file to proceed (which should be created within a library folder with the install).

    Well i hear from NI and they sent me the download link for it. So when i try to install on either PC or MAC i get this error..

    "Action Strings 2 cannot be installed because Action Strings 2 has not yet been installed on this computer.. Please run Action Strings 2 before running this installer"

    Following - Just purchased Ultimate and everything installs except Action Strings 2 - download failed error. Tried all the support remedies. This sux! I feel I made a bad decision with this purchase …ugh.

    Adding my +1 to the Action Strings 2 download failed error. Mac Studio M2 Ultra system running latest MacOS. All other installations downloaded / installed fine in Native Access app. Only Action Strings 2 does this.

    Seems to start the download, then dies about 1/10th into it. I have installed similar-sized items with no issue.

    Ive made 2 support tickets for this. The first one THEY considered it resolved.. and its NOT.. The second ticket i haven't heard a word back effin ******...

    Hey all, The great team got it FIXED!! Litte behind on a project but happy to be back in Action.. They sent me the library via direct download and had me use the Locate library function in Native Access. Quite frustrating when it's the only library that didn't install the usual quick way but is what it is and happy they resolved it! Good luck all.
