Second hand license transfer

How does this work I purchased for my son but guy I bought off does not have any transferable license - all say non transferable - how do I get this to work can I purchase the software and connect it to the hardware - I have spent hours trying to figure this out - can somebody please contact me - is there no phone number!!!!!

So you bought a used license and now the seller is saying he has no license to give you? And what did you buy?

There can be a multitude of reasons as to why a license is non-transferable:

Hi, No he has software, but it says not transferable. I bought a Traktor Kontrol S2 and apoligies for the W.. however, it is very frustrating dealing with big tech companies who presume everyone has a tech ability (no phone number for customer care is not very incusive) sorry if I caused offence it was directed at the company.

@Vinniesta What hardware did you buy exactly? Your ticket doesn't specify what you got and we would need to know which version you got exactly with its version : MK1, MK2 or MK3.

Both Komplete Start and Traktor DJ 2 are free software, so that's likely why it says "Not transferable" there.

Yes, what you want is free but you need to set up an Native Access account on the host computer. Link here:
