I paid for Kontakt update but I got ver 7.6.1 instead of ver 7.7 Why? NI does not answer. I will keep asking until I get an answer.

What you are saying is not possible. Every update appears automatically in your Native Access.
Maybe you still have the old Native Access? Because all new apps versions require Native Access 2.

Please check and if you have the old version, uninstall it first, and then install the new version.
