Kontakt 7 Bundle Update registration time

I purchased Kontakt 7 Bundle Update a week ago, but it seems that it automatically registered into my account without my knowledge, so I would like to ask if the support team knows the exact registration time. I have asked the support team via email, but they can only provide the exact date, but I want to know the specific time to confirm if I registered it myself.

Nobody on the forum can answer such a question. Only support can (if anyone N.I. have the ability that is). Registration support is here ! I am not sure but I think that you might get an email confirming registration and if so then maybe try to find out when the email were sent ! ? If you got an/the email then analyze email header information !
