Hi

When I put my new Maschine+ in Controller mode, I'm unable to access it via the Maschine2 software. Windows Explorer does not show the Maschine+ as an attached hardware.

I am connecting the Maschine+ via its USB-A connection directly to my laptop's USB-C.

My laptop is a new ASUA TUF Gaming computer with i& and 64Gb ram.

Any idea why my computer can't view the Maschine+?

You're supposed to be using the USB-B connection from the Maschine+

Please be careful in the future.

USB Clients are always the USB-B, the computer (host) is always USB-A, that's the exact purpose of the existence of USB-B, for people to never connect it the other way around... Now with USB-C it's possible to mix the two, I don't think you can do any damage with M+ and a computer but with other devices you can, so be careful...
