KOMPLETE KONTROL doesn't appear in Native ACCESS 2

Hello, i'm beginner in KOMPLETE product and i bought KOMPLETE A49.

I've installed Native access 2 dans i don't see KOMPLETE KONTROL

it is NORMAL ? i can't do anything without it !!!!!

    If you have registered your keyboard in NA2, by providing a serial number, upon refreshing/restarting NA2, you should see KK listed under Applications
