Hi does anybody has an idea , trying to click on the icon the pro 2 , but nothing happens , how to know what the problem is ?
Could you maybe tell us how to use the compatibility mode? I'm not exactly sure how it works, I tried different settings but to no good.
If you mean the old Traktor Pro 2, it is a legacy product and its support ended in Windows 10.
So, you have 3 options:
1- Update to Traktor Pro 3: If you own a Traktor Pro 2 License you are eligible for cheaper upgrade pricing
2- Go back to Windows 10: ok, probably this is not an acceptable option...
3- Use Windows Compatibility mode (if available in Windows 11, i still use 10):
What you see in the image i've posted is all i know and the only thing you can do is experiment... the truth is that, i only needed it 3-4 times in the last decade and only one it worked... :-(
tell us how to use the compatibility mode
Tick the box. Select appropriate OS from dropdown.
If the software still doesn't work then you're out of luck.
