Problem with my shift button in TRAKTOR S5

Hi,

Since months, i can't use my shift button on traktor kontrol s5. It works but bring me to the "template 1" page, and RGB controls. I can't use it anymore as a "selector" and "time changing" (also for fast pitching or fast "BPM change") So my controller is useless now..

It tried to map it with Controller Editor, but nothing to do, i can't change the value of it.

I tried to unistal Controller Editor, but when i do it, the S5 controller doesn't work with the software..

Please help me, I spend hours in it and now i'm completly lost.

    Usually you get into the MIDI-overlay by pressing SHIFT + [button with left-pointing arrow next to browse knob]. It may be that button and not the SHIFT button that is at fault...
