a problem of locate solo and ensemble strings

Hello, I am a person who purchased the product in Korea. I need your help because there was a problem during the installation process of the Solo & Ensemble Strings product. I also bought the Brass bundle, but the Brass bundle product worked well in the Cubase after downloading it, but installation errors continue to occur only in the Solo & Ensemble Strings product. I couldn't get the necessary answer from the solution on the Native instruments homepage. I don't know what folder I should locate it in. I didn't have time to solve the problem after purchasing the product because I was a college student, but now I want to solve the problem. I need your help.

I would recommend making a custom folder specifically for Ni plugins, and then locating to that custom folder.

You should never put the folder into the folder of pictures, videos, documents etc... only on an official NI folder or just into the custom folder you will create.
