In Z1 controller when i load a track the fader is always up.
I have windows 10 and i already update all the drivers.
I also recalibrate all the buttons
@Χρήστο, yep, correct answer in the above comment, assuming of course that you have the "reset all mixer controls" option enabled.

You need to provide more information. Which fader do you mean? And what you mean by "Always up"? To the max value? And if so, why is this a problem? I think it is a standard behavior.

Fader i mean the channels - decks 1 and 2.
When the fader channel is down in z1 controller and i load a track with x1mk2 controller the fader in my computer is in the max value.
I try everything....updated the drivers and made button recalibration many times but nothing works.

@christos kokologiannis Do you have "Reset all mixer controls when loading track" set in the Loading section of preferences? I think that resets the fader levels when you load a track.
Edit - just checked that here and having that option enabled definitely resets the volume and all the other mixer controls like EQ
