"Download failed" Updates or new VSTis

Hello everyone,

I'm already working successfully with Komplete 14 and when I try to upload I keep getting "Download failed".

As recommended, I deleted all files with the ending "iso" or "aria" in the download folder and I also checked the paths under preferences.

What could it be?
