Ticket open but no response
Hi,
I hope someone from support here can help me with this. I've got a ticket open, but unfortunately I haven't received a response to my last question and it's been around 2 weeks now. I know it's a very busy time of course, but I hope someone from support here could help me to get an update.

No, you do not need to do anything. We already did that! That's why i tagged him (as you did too as i see). He will see the notification and he will reply to you here, if not tomorrow, in the next 2-3 days, maximum. :-)
