Product Order problem
I ordered a Komplete Audio 2 SoundCard almoust a month ago and i still have no answer or email or any kind of detail about my order. I just want some kind of proof that my order is ok!
PS: On my NI account it only says "in progress" since i ordered!

One month is crazy... Maybe its out of stock or something. This isn't the kind of thing that other forum users can help you with, open a support ticket on the website and request an update on your order.
Confirm on your bank app if the money really left your account and wasn't blocked or something before sending the ticket.
