Creator Tools won't install/reinstall

When I try to download Creator Tools it is the only application that will not install out of 300 other ones I get a pathing error or a failed download depending how I try and reinstall it.

    Make a custom folder for NI plugins inside your memory, not inside your desktop.

    Then go to the File Management and change the location to that custom folder you created.

    Unfortunately that is what I have tried. When I do that method it gives me the install failed error. When I try to send it to its default locations I get the pathing error.

    Did you try uninstalling NA and then reinstalling it with NI website?

    Be sure that you are logged in before doing reinstallation.

    I can try that but with I have to reinstall all my apps and stuff I have over 1tb of plugins.

    No... you don't have too.

    Just uninstall the NA, not other NI plugins.

    I did that and NA was fixed, and all the plugins were still here.

    Unfortunately that did not work either. I got tired of the issue so I did a total pc wipe and reinstalled everything. That worked but it’s not the ideal situation
