Support for native instruments appears to be non-excitant.

Paid for Kontact 14  got the serial# but not the download

Completed a ticket with no response. I give warning to you all\

I’m Out 199.00 and not even the courtesy of a response.

Also paid for Kontakt 7, and order still says "under review".

Wondering why it isn't automated like every other plugin vendor.

Kontakt 14? Do you mean Kontakt 7 or Komplete 14? Either way, the software should appear when you load Native Access. If not, try entering the serial number into Native Access at the bottom left hand corner and that should make it available.

If you got the serial then add the serial in the Native Access interface when logged in to same account to get the downloads !

It will not say Komplete 14 as download instead it will list all the individual products of the bundle that you bought in Native Access as downloads !

I expected it to come in as Komplete 14. Seems like a strange way to deliver it.
