Komplete Kontrol S49 or Kontrol S49

I order the Black Friday deal for a Kontrol S49 but the order says Komplete Kontrol S49, is that a different keyboard? Isn' that the older one? I just wanna make sure I'm getting the brand new S49 as shown on the site.

Assuming you are paid 749 €, yes, you are getting the brand new Komplete Kontrol S49 MK3.

The one with the 2 USB and the 4 pedal inputs.

The previous, older version MK2 it has 1 USB and 2 pedal inputs. ...and is much cheaper :-)

Ther are both called a Komplete Kontrol S49 but one will be referred to as the MK2 or MK3. Should have been evident by the images in the sale listing what version you ordered I would think.

It IS an MK3, but I can't get it working. It's stuck trying to update firmware. No matter what I do I get the error:

"an error occurred while updating you Kontrol S MK3 (error -2)"

I got it working, not sure how other than sheer determination.
