traktor transfer from mac to new mac

Hei, I encountered errors when transferring my collection, namely, some of the tracks from the playlists disappeared. Although they are physically present in the collection of the transferred collection. I did everything according to the instructions. When importing, the program asked me where to get information from tags or from the database. I chose from the database. The transfer was from tractor 3.7.1 to 3.10.1. the check consistency was applied. What can i do?

    Did you literally transferred the plugins from Mac to Mac via USB?

    If it didn't work, then try logging in with the same account inside the new Mac and installing NA and it's plugins there.

    What plugins are we talking about? We have tractor control s4 mk3, tractor pro, and NA. All software was installed via NA. Same account, the only problems are with playlists and missing strips
