Missing content after purchasing the Komplete M32 keyboard.

Hello.

After purchasing the Komplete Kontrol M32 a cpl of days ago, there should be some software included as a part of a campaign. The software should be visible in Native Access, but it's nowhere to be found as a download. I can tell it's in the page with my software linked to my account, since I've registered the keyboard. (see screenshot).

Where can I download this software? How come it's not showing up in the Native Access or does it take a couple of days before it shows up there? A bit confused here... =P I also got info by mail that the bundled downloads should be avaliable via the Native Access app.

It's the two at the top of the list that I cant find...

Download and install the latest version of Native Access for your OS.

Then if you have not done so already then register the hardware serial in the add serial in Native Access

Then copy the serials of the not registered software , e.g. Komplete Select , from the list of the not registered software and add the serial to the add serial in the Native Access , and so on !

Also remember to set the settings of the Native Access download and content folder to where you want them , leave the rest as is standard for your OS !

Gosh, do I feel stupid. =/

Never understood I should use the serials as with hardware products. I have Native Access, and the hardware is registered. So I guess Im good to go on posting the serials then?

Btw, are these apps VST2 (or 3) plugins I can use in any DAW, or do I need to use them via N.I's software...? (Im planning to use the sounds in Studio One).

Please do NOT ever post any serials in public not for any reason and the same goes for any personal information !

You are supposed to put the serials into the Native Access app as described NOT post them here or elsewhere !

No need to feel stupid , it's confusing and N.I. ought to get better at communication !

I think that it is all VST3 and AAX but I simply can not remember. Please check the specifications pages of the individual products , though I am afraid that they just says VST : VST3 Compatibility of Native Instruments Plug-ins : https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016989137-VST3-Compatibility-of-Native-Instruments-Plug-ins

You can use the plugins in any DAW compatible with the products , including Komplete Kontrol as far as I know !

Yes, Im aware thay should be put in the app. Maybe I wasnt clear about that, but its understood. =)

Of course I couldn't see why you would or should post the serials either , but you wrote : quote "So I guess Im good to go on posting the serials then?" , so , I thought it most prudent to emphasize what to do if you for some reason were confused about something for some reason. You know , better be safe than you sorry later ! 😉

The thing is, some of the software were already registered, so I added the software that was not registred.

BUT...I can't find the download for:

-KOMPLETE 14 SELECT for HW Special Offer

-KOMPLETE KONTROL M32 Collection

It's only these two that could be found and downloaded:

-Maschine 2 Essentials Application for M32

-Maschine 2 Factory Selection

Komplete Select or any other Komplete bundle does not appear by that name in the Native Access. You can see that you have the Komplete product by the appearance of the products that is included in the bundle ! Please use the compare page for a list of products included with the bundle ! The products listed on the compare page ought to be found in the Native Access app after that you have registered the Komplete Select serial in the Native Access app.

If you still can not find your Komplete Select serial , or if you have a problem using it or it does not give you the products in Native Access after trying to log out of Native Access and reboot computer and login again then try this trouble shooter and if that does not help either then contact support using this link !
