Order status
I recently made an order (Komplete Standard). The status shows shipped, but I am unable to see the serial number and the product not showing in native access. It has been 5 days now.

A short while back it appears as if Native Instruments changed their policy and didn't care to inform users of the policy change !
So it is entirely possible that your serial is waiting for you at your account , listed as not registered : https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/

There's an issue in our shop affecting a fraction of users and it's being actively worked on, you should be informed soon if you contacted support already, we'll also share more in the forum, once we have more information.

Yesterday, I received a mail from NI saying my order query is resolved, but the problem is still there now. I am unable to see the serial nor download through native access. Please clarify.
