Not sure how to handle this

I originally purchased the RX 10 Standard software from Izotope.com, but was never able to download or access my purchase, possibly due to having entered my email incorrectly (it should have been entered as flynnkevin804@yahoo.com but the address I entered was missing an n with flynnkevi804@yahoo.com). I tried submitting a trouble ticket to Izotope's service email support@izotope.com but was informed that this address isn't active anymore due to being bought out by native instruments. Izotope doesn't have an support channel staffed by anything other than automated bots so I'm not sure if I should be dealing with them.

@LaughingLion Have you tried creating an email address of flynnkevi804@yahoo.com on Yahoo? You should be able to access the incorrect iZotope account using that account.

That could work, but someone from the Izotope/NI support team reached out to inform me that my address has been updated (so the incorrect account is likely inactive), although I still can't access the software I purchased. I sent a response back to them about it and will see what they say.

    OK, hope you get sorted!
