the name of folders on the controller is not displayed

Hello everyone I encountered an inconvenience when using the controller Traktor s5 and traktor pro 3 (the latest version, but there was a problem with earlier versions of traktor pro 3).

when searching for the desired folder in the browser on the controller screens - it happens that there are folders, but their name is not displayed. it helps either scrolling down the list so that folders without a name disappear, or re-entering the folder. it really interferes with work. the worker slows down the process.

mac book m1, there was no such problem on the traktor s8 controller and there is no such problem.how to edit?

Are those folders using non-English (Latin) fonts? It is normal.

I had a folder with Greek characters and it always appeared unnamed, for years. So at some point, i renamed it to English, and suddenly the name appeared!

No. all folders are named in English. I checked it on purpose. the problem is that they are displayed after going to the folder, or if you scroll down the list (if the folders go into an invisible field) and then return, they are displayed normally. this problem is only with folders, not with track names

ok, as they say, an image worth a 1000 words... can you make a print screen? It might be more helpful to understand the problem... for example this "folders go into an invisible field" is incomprehensible to me, even if i use Traktor over a decade....
