Traktor 3 Registration

Hi, I have activated my PC a long time ago and completely 
reinstalled the system. Now I wanted to reinstall the tractor.
I installed Traktor 3 pro and want to register it, but I can't
activate it in Native Access because it's not listed there. 
How do I register or get the tractor running again? I have 
a licence for Traktor Scratch and an update of Traktor Dj Studio 3.
I will Play with timcode.

If you go to https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/ do you see Traktor or your traktor hardware there?
