Black Friday upgrade price for Music Production Suite 6 not working??
Hey - I'm a Komplete Ultimate owner (since Komplete 8, most recently updated to KU12), and thus got an email with the Black Friday offer for Music Production Suite 6 at a crossgrade price of £239. I absolutely want to purchase this, but when I clicked through from the email to buy & logged into my NI account, it says "you do not qualify for cheaper pricing".
I have double checked that my Komplete Ultimates are indeed registered to my account, and so I definitely meet the crossgrade criteria. Anyone know what I am doing wrong, or if this is a known problem??

Are you sure you logged in to the NI website, not just the Native Access?

Yes - I am logged into the website. I meant I checked on the My Products section of the website. The above screenshot is from me being logged in to the website

As far as I know then it is a 'visual glitch' only !
Try this : Log in on native-instruments.com , then go to the page for the Music Production Suite , then click BUY Now then at next page select the CrossGrade option from Komplete 14 Standard or better and then at right side of the page click the add to the cart ! (the screenshot above is not wide enough to show the option to add to the cart !)
If qualified then despite what the text says then you ought to be able to add to the cart !
If for some reason it still do not work for you then only Customer Support can help you ! (alas I am only another user here)

Me too... it states: You do not qualify for cheaper pricing.
I can highlight the [Crossgrade] order box, but it shows a 'no worky' circle + slash when I click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING CART'
My license is for the: KOMPLETE 14 COLLECTORS EDITION Update.
Is the 'Update' why I can not add it???

Okay....so I can confirm that PoorFellow's explanation above is correct - it is just a 'visual bug', and I was able to add the crossgrade to my shopping cart and complete the purchase. All plugins are authorised & immediately showing up in my Native Access / Izotope Product Portal apps....
So, like in my screenshot in the original post, just select the 'crossgrade' option with exclamation point, ignore the warning & click add to cart. It will let you proceed with the purchase. TBH I wondered originally if it would, I just didn't want to risk paying if it turned out I really wasn't eligible....

Be sure that you are logged into the site prior to trying to add the CrossGrade to the cart.

Then if it doesn't work despite that you are logged into the http://www.native-instruments.com site then as written then only Customer Support can help you !

Yesterday I had problem with the 'payment' = my Credit Card wanted to send verification text to old phone numbers... 🤬
Today, I got this to finally work:
I log in to NI
Music Production Suite 6 Crossgrade is still in my basket
I can not get it to advance to CC input page
I delete the item in the basket
I go to main NI page
I scroll down to the Music Production Suite 6 & click
I add Music Production Suite 6 Crossgrade to my basket
I use 'yet another credit card' this time = Okay Dokay
