izotope vinyl nks missing

I cant select izotope vinyl in the browser anymore. I can load it with the right click menu. But all the presets are missing. So i guess the nks support for vinyl is somehow missing or not working.

I already reinstalled the izotope vinyl and updated everything with Native Access. Still no luck. I even checked Komplete Kontrol standalone. Same behavior. Cant find it in the browser.

How can i fix this?

OK just decided to try installing it, the installer does come with NKS, but it seems not to add the path to Komplete Kontrol (which is evidently a bug). They are for the VST2 but do work with the VST3 too. So you need add the /Library/Application Support/iZotope/Vinyl folder to paths in your KK preferences/library (they will have to go into the user library). The database and image files in the subfolder of the Vinyl NKS folder called 'PAResources' need to go in NI resources/image/izotope and NI resources/dist_database/izotope

@Jeremy_NI how do you make a bug report at iZotope? Their support system seems designed to avoid actually coming into contact with a person (much like NIs), there is no way just to send a simple email to support as far as I can see and I can't be bothered with those silly wizards that just go round in circles

Maybe Install Izotope vinyl with Izotope product portal.

Had the similar issue and it worked.

Does it come with many presets to start with? It's such a simple plugin I would guess it would not be hard to create NKS for it from scratch, there is a building guide in the NKS User Library (in my sig)
