Yes of course you can use the browser in Cubase.

I think it is a rather simple question.

He didn't mention any problem.

He asks if he can use the KK Browser in Cubase, and of course the answer is Yes. :-)

A rather strange question indeed, because he can simply open KK in Cubase and see for himself.
