Download failed when NA downloads the latest version

I have a 2009 Macbook Pro with Komplete Ultimate 11, OSX 10.10.5. Up until now I've been able to access Native Access to download libraries but every time I open it now it just says "download failed" when it automatically tries to download the latest version. How can I access my libraries? I've also experienced problems with libraries updating and then not functioning properly. Is there a way to revert back to the OG version?

Hi @Jalfrezi the latest version of Native Access is not compatible with your OS unfortunately. You can find the one that's compatible with OS 10.10 on this page here: Native Access Legacy Installers for Older Operating Systems

Thanks for the reply Kaiwan_NI I deleted and reinstalled Native Access again, its not the program that doesn't work but I get this error when I open it...retry does nothing. Can you help?

@Jalfrezi Most people have fixed it by by disabling VPN/firewall and running Native Access in a safe mode. But that's for Windows. Since you're using Mac can you try the steps on this page?

Side note: Are you using OS 10.10 or have you updated to a newer version?
