Help downloading native access

Hello

I purchased Traktor scratch duo ll a long time ago and was upgraded to scratch pro 2 and was using it on a windows computer but I recently got a new MacBook Pro with a M2 processor, I attempted to download native access but when I drag it into applications app it says app not available in country or region. I live in south Florida USA.

Just curious if I can redownload the software on the MacBook Pro and use it
