Response from support is unacceptable

Is anyone else having problems with a lacklustre and slow response from support over upgrade issues from the webshop and products they own going into demo mode.

    thank you for getting in touch. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties

    The issue you are facing is due to the fact that you bought a KOMPLETE 14 COLLECTORS EDITION Update without having the appropriate base product in your account.

     I have assigned your case to a specialist to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.


    Please bear a bit with us though as we are currently in main season of the year and we have a lot of requests. We are doing our best to stay on top of all the requests and get back to all our user base as soon as possible
