No me deja actualizar

Hola. He actualizado a Cubase 13. Cuando intento abrir Komplete Kontrol, automaticamente se me cierra el programa. El soporte tecnico de Cubase me ha contestado, que esto se debe a que necesito actualizar los productos de Native y eso es justamente lo que llevo intentando hacer desde hace dias. Pero me sale Installation failed (envio pantallazo)

Windows 10

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz  3.60 GHz

Sistema operativo de 64 bits, procesador basado en x64

Translation : Hi, I have upgraded to Cubase 13. When I try to open Komplete Kontrol, the program automatically closes.
