Received no receipts, no downloads, no serial numbers and no support responses???

Hey @PoorFellow, I've already checked that... but nope.. I did not receive the serial number for upgrading that's it... Although I can see all my current licenses, the one that I paid for a few days ago is missing. I'm hoping someone can fix it before PayPal takes any action. I would prefer to pay by credit card instead, but now... I'm missing 200 eur, and the software 🙃... anyway, let's see how it goes.. Thanks for your help!

FYI: There's an issue in our shop affecting some users and it's being actively worked on, you should be informed soon if you contacted support already, we'll also share more in the forum, once we have more information.
