Here's my experience with NI customer service. I have a third party instrument. Native Access won't let me locate the instrument folder. It keeps coming up "Invalid Path" even though the .nicnt file is located there. I have done a couple of support tickets, and all they do is send me to video links on how to locate folders in Native Access. Nobody is reading the actual problem, they simply send video links and call the ticket "solved". Except for 1 person who actually reached out with a possible solution, the rest I have heard from have done the least possible amount of effort they can truly manage.

@Perry Mathers Yes, you got a standard initial reply but my colleague got back to you on Monday proposing an alternative solution. I understand that it did not work and my colleague will get back to you to further assist.

I will never buy a NI again

I purchased a Bass software ( $99) it would not load I downloaded access it started with EULA license which froze immediately I have spent hours trying to get support the inquiry flashes for a second and replaced by a webpage of detailed articles which did not solve the problem

there is NO way to initiate an email or call ( their listed phone number no longer in service)

It is a shame I hope other software companies who actually care about us will step in whatever savings the company have by not providing customer support will evaporate as loyal customers like me stop buying their product
