I purchased Komplete 14 Standard and installed The Gentlemen. But it can not be run both on Kontakt7 and Kontakt

    What do you mean by "it can not be run both on Kontakt 7 and Kontakt" exactly?

    Do you get an error message shown?

    Thank you for your message, it only shows loading. But the loading can not be completed

    @Albert329 We'd need more info. Is it not loading in Kontakt in standalone? In your DAW? Both? What DAW are you using? What is your operating system?
