VST2 VST3
Hi,
I have recently updated my Native Access to the latest Version & now my DAW (Reason 12) can not find any of my Sounds.
It looks like the latest Version is using VST3 however they were VST2 before.
Anyone got any ideas how to run VST2 & VST3 or is there a way I can revert back to the previous Version so I can save all my Music?

I've figured it out.
If you are using windows go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
COPY all of the Native Instruments files to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST2
At the end of each file you will see .vst3
Change this to .vst2 and rescan your Plugins Folder & your missing VST2 sounds will be there.

The latest NI software dropped support for VST2's. You didn't specify which DAW you were using, but you should have been able to go in and add the VST3 directory so your plugins will show up. I suppose if you had a lot of older projects that use a bunch of VST2 plugins, then your solution would probably be the easiest work around.
