S88 MK3after reset ask for serial number registration

Hi

Can someone help, S88Mk3 asks for serial number again after reset.

the latest firmware is installed, the factory number is already registered. I cannot install the hardware connection service in Access because it does not appear in the browser. The screen of the S88Mk3 is frozen.

    @sa64 My colleagues released the serial number and you should be able to register it, after that, your products included with the keyboard should appear in Native Access, including the NI Hardware Connection Service.

    Not sure if it will work but try this:

    Click the "Add Serial Number" (down-left side on Native Access), and insert your serial number again.

    On success, restart your computer (just to be sure), open Native Access and see what is going on.

    Be sure that the drivers are installed correctly and that the services "NIHardwareService" and "NIHostIntergrationAgent" are enabled and running.

    If you still have a problem, then contact NI Support.

    Thanks for the idea!

    Unfortunately, nothing helped.

    The mentioned programs run normally.

    After the firmware update, the screen of the S88MK3 says "Welcome! Add your serial number in Native Access" I did this in the very first case and I can't do it the second time, because Access says that it is already registered. And unfortunately, the S88 MK3 does not move on from this state .If I want to run the KSMK3 updater again, the program says that the update is ready V1.53.

    The Hardware connection service no longer appears on the Native Access interface.

    In Acces no Hardware connection service,

    so cannot be selected
