What could be the reason why I can't get into the setting mode for the jog wheels (S3)?

The "I did everything as described in the instructions" is sort of unspecified and do not really tell the reader anything about what you have tried !

I don't have the Traktor Kontrol myself but dug this up for you !

Can you see the "Traktor Kontrol S3" tab inside the traktor settings? One of the last ones on the left side.

If yes, can you take a screenshot of it?
