Hardware connection issues

Hello NI community,

Issue during installation of HARDWARE CONNECTION on Native access (Remain SERIAL NUMBER ON THE KEYBOARD):

Installed and register Native Access.

USB-C cable (NI) connected from my macOS Big Sur (v11.4) to the Kontrol S61 Mk3

Added and register serial number on Native Access (registered correctly)

Installed Hardware Connection Service Software with error (INSTALLED FAILLED. YOU NEEW TO GRANT FULL DISK ACCESS TO NATIVE ACCESS AND DAEMON)

Followed steps and allowed on Security and Privacy on MAC. But, still same error during the installation.

Installed all software showed on Native Access

Installed latest Firmware v.1.5.3. on keyboard successfully but still showing serial number on the keyboard.

I try to connect a separate USB-C power supply (no difference)

Keyboard screen wont change from the original Serial Number screen no matter which button, knob or key I press.

Komplete control and Kontakt softwares are working on my Luna DAW but the keyboard still on the Welcome page with the serial number…..

Did anyone else have the same issue? Or somebody can help me on this?

Yes , many people have had issues.

Make sure that you grant enough disk access and then also try trouble shooter :

Thanks for the links. I try with no success on that. I just open a ticket for NI support.

So frustrating.. I'm exepriencing same problem with the "hardware connection" and did everything mentionned again and again since hours..
