Loading Issue after latest Komplete Kontrol Update

Hi,

After downloading the latest update last night, whenever I try to load an instrument, I get the error, "plugin not found"

The directory where things were installed was missing, so I added it again, rescanned, but no imporvement. I checked Native Access and the paths are correct there.

Not sure what's wrong.

was just messing around with the kb as a controller in other software, loaded it up and the scan actually worked. WTH...I lost a lot of settings because of that. Hopefully they're in my recycling bin...

I've tried this KB article and it only made things worse. My personal settings are gone.

Will need much more info than what you have provided.

1. What "upgrade" - what were you on before and what are you on now?
2. What plugin/instrument are you trying to load?
3. What OS?
4. What DAW?
5. Were you using VST2 or VST3 prior to the "upgrade". Or are you not sure?

Lots of reasons why this could go wrong.

1. 3.0 to 3.0.1
2. Any in the Komplete library
3. Win 11
4. Standalone, Live, or FL Studio
5. I use either. Same result every time.

Komplete Kontrol doesn't even scan or load VSTs anymore.... Even with a manual scan from the preferences menu
