Kontakt 7 Plug In file

Hello!

I got Straylight, Pharlight and Mysteria, but I don't have Kontakt 7. I only have the old Kontakt 5 player.

Now I was able to download and open the Kontakt 7 Player via Native Access and the instruments are also integrated. But how can I integrate Kontakt 7 into Ableton, because I can't find a plug-in file for the player. Am I correct in assuming that I first have to purchase the player and only then do I get a plug-in file?

Find the file “kontakt7.vst3” on your hard drive. You then have to integrate this file plus the path there into the DAW.

No , you do not need to buy the Kontakt 7 to use the Kontakt 7 Player or the kontakt7.vst

Standard path to where the kontakt7.vst3 is found in Windows I think is C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
