RX 10 Elements fails to install (Sonoma 14)

Dear all,

I just saw that I have iZotope's RX 10 Elements available in Native Access. However it fails to install on my M1 Mac with MacOS Sonoma 14.0 - telling me that Native Access and the NK daemon need full disk access, which they have! Now it seems to be half installed - Komplete Kontrol complains that the RX 10 De-Click files are missing and Apple's Logic complains that the RX 10 De_Click fails the plugin-validation.

Any clues ? I don't really need it, so telling me how to un-install it manually should be enough.

Thanks,

Christian

To anyone confronted with this issue with RX 10, here is an installer for RX10 Elements: RX 10 Elements

Simply install and then open Native Access to activate/authorize.

Same problem here with M1 Max, Sonoma 14.0, and Native Access Version 3.6.2 - all other components/plugins installed normally.

OK, follwing the uninstall instructions for Ozone 11 Elements given by Native Access (as RX 10 is marked asnot installed, I checked Ozon 11 Elements for a reference installation for RX10), I managed to remove RX 10 Elements almost completely. Komplete Kontrol is happy, but it is still visible in Logic where I flagged it not to be used. So for now I am happy, although work-around is a bit messy ...

Same problem here, install failure, but granting full disk access to the daemon & Native access doesn't fix it :-(

Just upgraded to Native Access 3.7.0 and the issue still persists.

@cjacoby78 I guess your RX10 component file is still present under "~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components" and that's why it is still visible in Logic? If not, you could also try doing Full Audio Unit Reset via the Plug-In manager in Logic which will clear the AudioUnitCache, in case RX10 is still present somewhere there.

I have dealt with the same problem mentioned above all day and I’m exhausted. M1 Mac running Ventura. Everything will download except RX 10 Elements. Using Logic, Logic seems unable to validate plugins at all because of the “RX 10 de-click” issue. This is so frustrating. Help!

This problem exists on Ventura too and is extremely frustrating as it breaks Komplete Kontrol and Logic.

Same problem with Mac M1 & Sonoma 14.0 for RX 10 Elements only.

Hotline told me to downgrade my Mac.... I will keep patience before doing so, cause the rest works perfectly.

Yes, I sent a ticket on this three days ago. Native Instruments sent me a very unhelpful message this morning saying they closed the ticket because it is my fault for running Sonoma. Except for the fact that I wiped my computer and downgraded back to Ventura. I reinstall everything last night (full disk anccess, folder permissions, yadda yadda yadda), and RX 10 Elements still does not install. And as a result, it breaks Komplete Kontrol both as a stand-alone application and as a Logic Plug-in. It doesn’t break Logic itself, but it does crash Logic’s plug-in validation during startup (this take about 15 minutes before finally giving you the error message).

@Jeremy_NI It would be more helpful if NI actually tested the dozens of complaints about the same issue before sending unhelpful replies to support tickets saying it’s all our fault.

Also, you maybe should change the Subject of this thread, as it implies it is only an issue with Sonoma. When it definitely is not.

@oobe79 Sorry to hear about this bad experience, someone should get back to you, in the meantime I'm trying to get more info on that RX10 Elements issue.
